Happy New Year, peeps!
2015 looks to be another fun year for gastronomy, most prominently with my upcoming meal at Noma in Japan next month! Arguably one of the best restaurants in the globe, with Rene Redzepi opening a pop-up restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo and using the best ingredients that Japan has to offer; paying homage to a country with an amazing culinary tradition bar none.
In addition to that, I’ll also be dining out at Sra Bua and L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Bangkok. With that, you shall soon be seeing a newly updated Bangkok Food Itinerary laden with my latest and favourite food binging locations.
Other updates I shall endeavour to churn out is a dedicated Tokyo food itinerary page based on my coming trips in the first half of the year. And if all fares well, I shall be making my way to the US west coast once again, and hopefully back to my old stomping grounds in Amsterdam and “re-hashing” the classics 🙂
In any case, diets are for pansies and life’s too short for 6 pack abs! I kid of course (except for overrated 6 pack abs), and I reckon it’s all about striking a balance, but also learning to live a little.
Welcome to 2015. Shall we begin?
